Our company, Proclama S.p.A., is a Professional Corporation (STP) composed of chartered accountants regularly registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Catania, a professional register recognized by the Italian State. Registration with the Order guarantees that all our professionals have completed a rigorous training and qualification process, thus offering our clients maximum reliability and expertise.

Who is the Chartered Accountant
"The chartered accountant is a highly qualified professional who offers tax, corporate, administrative, and legal consulting to both individuals and companies. It is a figure recognized by the Italian State, with specific expertise in economic, commercial, financial, and tax matters."
The path to becoming a chartered accountant includes:
- Obtaining a master's degree in economic disciplines (for example, Economics and Commerce or Business Economics).
- A period of practical training of at least 18 months at the office of a chartered accountant registered with the Order.
- Passing the State Examination, consisting of three written tests (on subjects such as accounting, commercial law, tax law, business auditing) and an oral test, which also verifies deontological and IT knowledge.
